Halifax Water has discovered a contamination of human DNA while doing water quality testing in the Holland Brook tributary leading into Lake Fletcher in Fletcher’s Lake, Nova Scotia.
During the summer of 2014, NSYCC summer students will be doing water quality testing and analysis to try and identity the point source of this contamination to try and resolve the issue.
