The Province is lifting restrictions on travel and activities in the woods in all areas except for Shelburne County and anywhere evacuation orders are in place, effective 12:01 a.m., Monday, June 5.
Municipal parks and trails, except those in areas where evacuation orders remain in place, will re-open today, Monday, June 5. Staff will be visiting parks as quickly as possible throughout the day to remove barricades and signage.In accordance with By-Law P-600, Respecting Municipal Parks, no campfires or open fires are permitted in municipal parks.
